How ordering works
Our order cycle runs on a weekly basis:
Order online by Monday at midnight
Browse what’s in season and choose exactly what you want. There are no subscriptions or long-term commitments.We pick your order fresh
Your produce is picked and packed just for you so it has amazing flavor and stays fresh longer.Delivery or pickup on Wednesday
You will get a message when it arrives.
Delivery & pickup options
Home delivery (Wednesdays)
We deliver within a 2-mile radius of downtown Decorah and a 2-mile radius of Freeport.
You do not need to be home. We will leave your order in a shaded spot and email you when it arrives.
We are also happy to deliver to workplaces. Just let us know where to leave it and if there are specific hours to consider. (i.e. Your workplace closes at 5 p.m., so you’ll need to get your order before then).

Free pickup (Wednesdays)
Pickup is always free. We’ll have your order ready and to the pickup site by 3 p.m. We’ll send you a reminder that it’s there. You can pick up any time between 3-6 p.m.
You can choose:
The Landing, Decorah (Google Maps)
Sweet Season Farm, Calmar (Google Maps)
Olin Building basement, Luther College, Decorah (Luther staff and students only)
Reusable bags and coolers
Your order will arrive in one of our sturdy, insulated reusable totes.
On your next order, you can leave the empty tote out and we will swap it for a full one.
Alternatively, if you don’t want to hang on to your bag, you can leave out a clean cooler and have us unload your produce directly into that instead.
Both options work well. There are no deposits or complicated tracking systems. We aim to keep this simple and low-waste.

Substitutions and availability
Because we grow seasonally, harvest can be unpredictable.
We do our best to keep substitutions to a minimum.
If something you ordered is unavailable, we will reach out and ask if you would like a substitution or a refund. We will never swap something without checking with you first.
Quality and satisfaction guarantee
We care a lot about the quality of what we send out.
If something does not live up to your expectations, please let us know. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
